Our new rewards program is live!
It happened Monday, January 23rd. We launched our new and much improved rewards program with Incentive Logic, a technology and services company that provides you with the ability to receive rewards in exchange for completing surveys.
With more reward choices, including PayPal, iTunes, Amazon.ca gift cards, VISA cards, faster turnaround times for receiving your reward, no profiles or forms to fill out, we are confident that you will love the new program.
Up until now, we spoke about your rewards in terms of “Survey Dollars”, but now we are simply going to call them “Points”. The actual value of your points will be the same as before so 1 Survey Dollar = 100 points. Surveys will continue to award you the same value as they always have. And the minimum balance required to redeem remains $50 or 5000 points.

Your Rewards Program views and FAQs
Since we launched the new program, we’ve been getting some great feedback! Thank you for your sharing your excitement and support.
I am not seeing my points in my account when I complete a survey. Why not?
• Since we are still transferring to the new program, you will see some delay in receiving your points, usually within 24 hours. We are working hard to fix this so you should start seeing your points in your account immediately after completion soon.
Who do I contact regarding my points and draw entries?
• You now have a designated team to assist you with your points and reward inquiries. You can send an email to them at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you need to know if you received your points for a specific study *only*, then you would contact our Member Support Team at email@example.com.
We want to draw your attention to a detail about your draw entries. Draw entries will only be seen for the month applicable for that draw. For example, you receive a draw entry this month and view it in your account. As of the 1st of the next month, those draw entries will be deleted and you will start seeing new entries for that month’s applicable draw. It keeps your account clean and up-to-date.
